This is that restaurant where you will find Malyalam songs on the radio, and for once, find yourself in Kerala. Yes, it is THAT restaurant. A very simple looking restaurant where they serve the ‘magical’ drinking water and simply the best Kerala style seafood you could ever want. Also, so great on the pocket, you have been waiting for this all your life.

Malvan Katta is one of the very few places that are true to the Konkan cuisine. Its a nice restaurant with good ambience and service. Although it has seen some criticism before, I found this place was pretty good. Hey, don’t blame the player, blame the game!

Clearly this place is an artist’s corner. Something’s Fishy- Regenza by Tunga keeps up to the great standards of Tunga group. This is definitely my recommendation, if you really want to try quality seafood.

Royal Rasoi is a very ‘Royal’ restaurant. From the seats, to the lighting, to the cutlery, to the decor, everything is royal about this place. Their Kerala style preparation Prawns masala is to die for and clearly why this restaurant has my special mention in this list.

Even if you’re in the suburbs or town, it’s high time you know what the new cool is…(Just Saying!).
