Yes this goes to all you crazy over stressed Delhiites out there and the crazy overstressed citizens visiting Delhi. This article has been painstakingly produced to list the top 5 best spas in and near the capital.

N.B. – for us Gurgaon is a part of Delhi and as Albus Dumbledore says, ‘To speak of one is to speak of another’. For us non-Delhiites, Gurgaon and Delhi are one and the same thing and no one can tell us any different.

So we won’t stress you with a lot of introduction today and take you straight to the world of day dreaming-

This spa is a must visit for body treatments and relaxation. With services such as Hammam Steam Bath and Bamboo relaxation Area, this sounds like a place to be straight out of an Aladdin-esque fairy tale.

Winner of the “Best Day Spa” by AsiaSpa India in 2007 and noted as one of the “10 Best Spas in India” in 2006 by Forbes, this space of tranquility revels in itself as the only stand alone metropolitan lifestyle spa in the entire country. The spa does not work on just the principle of Ayurveda. No sir. It uses an ancient form of healing called ‘Astroveda’ which is nothing but a combination of Ayurveda and Astrology. Yoga also plays a major part in their fitness levels. Amatrra is name given to the silence which rings between the ‘oms’ that one chants. The meaning is enough to make us want to go NOW.

I don’t know about you but I definitely can literally smell the spa in my room. It is beckoning me towards it like a moth to a flame. Does this convince you enough to stop every once in a while and spend that hard earned money on some self lovin’? If yes, then when are *YOU* going to a spaaaaah?
