This two-part epic is said to be the costliest Indian movie ever made. Trailer of the movie in a 75mm screen looks grandiose indeed!!! With Rs. 175 crore riding on the movie, we are hoping it’s worth the gamble.

Cast : Ajay Devgan, Tabu, Shriya Sharan, and Rajat Kapoor

Plot : In a hilly village of Goa, Vijay Salgaonkar (Ajay Devgan) lives a happy life with his family, and earns by running a cable T.V. network. However, in the most bizarre turn of events, a Meera Deshmukh’s (Tabu) teenage child goes missing and the Salgoankar Family is the prime suspect.

The tagline of the movie says, ‘visuals can be deceptive’, and we certainly hope this applies to the lack-luster trailer of the movie – the visuals of the trailer were simply not enough enticing. Why do we expect the movie to do well? For two reasons viz. Nishikant Kamat (Dombivali Fast, Mumbai Meri Jaan) and because this movie is a remake of the highest grossing Malayalam movie of the same name, released in 2013.

3. MASAAN | HINDI | 24th JULY | DRAMA

From being an A.D for Gangs of Wasseypur to the director of Masaan, Neeraj Ghaywaan has certainly come a long way. This movie beautifully converges the lives of 4 strangers facing a conflict of their own while being mistreated by the society.
