The summer heat is already on our heads. It’s that time of the year when the hair on our head suddenly starts feeling like a liability. Be it long, medium or short length, stopping them from looking like a ball of sweat is nothing short of a task. The best solution to this problem is getting a crew cut, but then again, there are very few who are willing to sacrifice their beautiful tresses to be able to survive the heat.
To solve this very dilemma, here we present three amazing-to-look-at and easy-to-do hairdos that are simply perfect for the summer heat we are bestowed with.
1. The Bow Bun
Everyone knows that summers and hair buns go hand-in-hand, but what very few know is that you need not necessarily gather your hair into a messy bun every single time. Now there’s nothing wrong with the classic messy hair bun, but why not experiment a little? And so, the bow bun was invented. You must try Lady Gaga’s signature hairstyle before it becomes too mainstream. It would look and feel just perfect if you tried this one with a pretty summer dress on a super-hot day out.
Here’s how you can get the look:
Step1: Tie a high and loose hair bun with a hair band and leave the tail of your hair outside the bun.
Step 2: Divide your hair bun into two parts.
Step 3: Take the tail of your hair you had left outside and twist it between the two parts and tuck it inside your rubber band, so that the two different parts of the bun look like two ears.
2. The Elegant Braid Bun

Step 2: Tie that pony tail into a nice tight bun.
Step 3: Take the leftover hair and divide them from the middle or simply do a side partition.
Step 4: Start braiding one side. Once done, simply tuck the loose ends inside the bun or pin them up.
Step 5: Do the same for the other side.
3. Cool Fishtail Braid
If not a bun, braids are a really great option to tame those tresses on a hot sunny day. But then again, braids are pretty old school by now. Why not try the really cool fishtail braid that celebrities are flaunting nowadays? It might look messy and complicated but is actually quite simple.
