I always thought nothing can beat the goodness of a chocolate mousse, this stayed true until I came across Chocolate Kahlua Mousse. I could not believe what a drastic change Kahlua could bring to a chocolate mousse. Kahlua is actually coffee-flavoured sweet liquor from Mexico containing rum, vanilla bean as well as corn syrup.
So, if you too believe that a good chocolate mousse is a thing of beauty, then do prepare this yummicious mousse recipe at home!
Mix together icing sugar, sieved flour and almond flakes along with orange juice
Also, whisk in melted white butter
Spread out a small portion of this mixture on a greased tray and bake in a preheated oven at 300`c for 3-4 minutes
After removing, mould to a round shape
Place the tuile on a plate and carefully pipe the above prepared mousse into it
Once done, thin down the cream patisserie with cream and kahlua and pour it around the mousse
