Celkon Win 400 is the most recently launched Windows phone available at a budget price of Rs. 4999. Currently, its black variant is available at Sanpdeal while Celkon has yet to announce its formal launch along with its availability across other channels.
Certainly, the launch of the Celkon Win 400 has caused ripples in the Windows Phone segment because of its budget pricing while its predecessors include Karbonn’s Titanium Wind W4 at Rs. 5,999, Micromax’s Canvas Win W092 at Rs. 6,500 and Canvas Win W121 at Rs, 9,500 along with Xolo’s Win Q900s which is relatively higher priced at Rs. 9,999 not leaving behind Nokia Lumia 530 which topped the list with its retail price of Rs. 5,500.
OS and processor specifications
To prove its mettle, the Celkon Win 400 is riding high on its Windows 8.1 OS while for processing it is equipped with 1.3GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 (MSM8212) and 512MB of RAM. For memory, users can look forward to 4GB internal space which can be further expanded up to 32 GB through the microSD card.
Battery and Talk Time
The phone can be brought to life with a 1500mAh battery which offers nearly 5 hours of talk time and a standby time of 2 hours in the least.

Though Celkon Win 400 seems to a be good budget buy but it lacks on account of its battery and internal storage that can be expandable to just 32GB when compared to Nokia Lumia 530 offers an expandable storage space of up to 128 GB by paying slightly higher price.
