Asus has launched Fonepad 7 Dual SIM voice-calling tablet on Tuesday in Indian market. The device comes with a price tag of Rs 12999. The tablet was first announced at MWC in Barcelona with an LTE variant. Fonepad 7 supports dual-SIM functionality and micro-SIM cards. The device is packed with 7 inches LED IPS display with 1280×800 pixels resolution.

The Fonepad sports a 5 mega pixels primary camera and 1.2 mega pixels front-facing camera. Thanks to the secondary camera, users can enjoy voice-calling. The connectivity options offered by the device include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS/AGPS, EDGE, Micro-USB, 3G (HSPA+) and GLONASS.

The latest Asus Fonepad 7 operates on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. The gadget is powered by 1.2GHz dual-core IntelAtom Z2520 processor, which is coupled with 1 GB RAM. The device boosts 8 GB of internal storage. Simultaneously, Asus offers 16 GB on Asus Webstorage cloud space for 12-months.

The Fonepad 7 has a 3910 mAh battery, which provides a battery life of 10 hours. The device is available in Grey and White colours. The dimension of the tablet is 199.5mm x 120.8mm x 11.35mm and weighs around 340 grams.
