Chanda Mama Door Ke: Wait to Enjoy Bollywood’s Space Fiction
The first Bollywood film of its kind, Chanda Mama Door Ke is a science fiction drama which will depict the journey of India’s first astronaut to the moon. A biopic of sorts, this film will star Sushant Singh Rajput and R. Madhavan in the leading roles. Shraddha Kapoor and BhumiPednekar will be playing the female leads. PadMan: Wait for Serious Social Context
PadMan is the biopic on the life of the social activist ArunachalamMuruganantham who toiled and struggled to manufacture low-cost sanitary napkins for women living in villages and impoverished suburbs. The star cast of this film comprises of well-known names like Akshay Kumar, RadhikaApte, and SonamKapoor. A tribute to the terminator of taboos and a benefactor who gave hygiene and health to millions of underprivileged women, the film is produced by Akshay Kumar’s wife, Twinkle Khanna and will be hitting the theatres at January end.

Rani Mukherjee’s comeback movie, after her pregnancy, under the Yash Raj banner, Hichki will be a treat for her fans. Directed by Siddharth P Malhotra, Hichki, which means hiccups in English, is the story of a woman who transforms her weakness into a strength. The first look of Anushka Sharma starrer Pari made many uneasy to see the glamorous actress in a shabby, anemic and almost creepy avatar. This one is going to be a mysterious love story with a serious and probably morbid storyline. A recently tweeted photo from the film shows Anushka lying on the hard stone floor with earphones plugged in her ears with red ligature marks on her ankle. This is also Anushka’s third venture as a producer that promises meaningful, serious, and substantial content will hit the multiplexes and cinema halls in February.

Black Panther: Wait to Witness an Anti-Racial Superhero Rise
Another long-awaited superhero story produced by Marvel Studio, Black Panther is the first full-fledged film to show a black-skinned man in a superhero lead. It is based on a story penned by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby by the same name. The story begins in Wakanda, a fictional Utopia somewhere in Africa, which resists and battles the big bad world with Black Panther as a leader. The character of Black Panther has been portrayed by Chadwick Boseman. It will release next year in mid-February.
